I’m Aeryn North, and I’m talking about life; healing; navigating intense energetic times on the planet; and spiritual woo-woo stuff. I believe Humanity is going through a rapid evolution in our own consciousness and state of Being. So that’s what I like to talk about.

I am exploring what it means to authentically be Me in this lifetime. Not what others want me to be. And not what our control structures want us to be. I want to discover all of what Being Me means. Yes, the pure, divine spiritual stuff; and also the messy human stuff, which is where I feel the true gold lies.

It’s a journey!! I make mistakes. I pick myself back up. I am just a human. This is just a journal.

I’m not here to teach. I’m here to share.

Previously, and Next..

I have been recording vlogs and podcasts about my spiritual journey since 2016; and I’ve been here on Substack since 2019. This publication used to be called “NorthSoulStar” back then.

I am in the process of renaming and rearranging how all of this works. Substack have also made quite a few changes recently, with new features being rolled out all the time. So I am trying to keep up! Apologies if anything looks weird, or doesn’t work properly. It’s most likely something I intend to fix at some point.
