Making It Up and Working It Out as I Go Along, Just Like Life!

I began recording a personal vlog back in 2017 on my YouTube channel. It was a raw and barely filtered exploration of a psychotic break / spiritual awakening I was going through. In fact, it had been building for many years.

Later, in 2019 I gave this vlog the name ‘NorthSoulStar’ when I decided to make it into a podcast, here on the Substack platform. I unpublished a chunk of my older videos around that time. I also began to use this platform to host some of my writings that I had been posting on social media.

Since then, my healing process has been very messy and I have been learning a lot.

But in 2022, everything changed!

Now, I am rebooting the project..

Things Might Break a Little

This means the podcast will be a little bit confusing for a while. I have been tinkering behind the scenes, taking advantage of new functionality of the platform. The syndication link has changed, and there are some redirections, and reshuffling happening. Hopefully it will make sense to casual visitors and new subscribers on Substack. But it does mean that maybe some links will break and maybe episodes will go missing for a time over on syndicated platforms such as Apple Podcasts.

I might make mistakes and things might break. Thank you for your patience..
